Melissa Mantak, MA, is USA Triathlon Level 3 and USA Cycling Level 1 certified coach and has a Masters degree in Sports Science. In 2013-2014, she worked as USAT National Development Coach. She is also a former ITU World Cup Series overall Champion, USOC Triathlete of the Year and USAT National Coach of the Year. Melissa is a chapter author of the USAT Women’s Guide to Triathlon.
