Our online course, “Advanced Data Analysis,” shows you how to go beyond basic charts and numbers to extract meaningful performance insights and guide smarter training. You’ll learn how to:
- Use WKO dashboards to identify fatigue resistance, performance trends, and phenotype profiles at a glance.
- Compare long-duration efforts (60–90 minutes) to traditional 20-minute tests to set more realistic thresholds and better prepare athletes for race demands.
- Spot red flags in data, like rising heart rates at steady power, that reveal overreaching or poor pacing strategies.
- Understand what AI and machine learning are (and aren’t) capable of, and how to future-proof your coaching practice by using them as powerful assistants, not replacements.
