Jared is the Director of Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition Services at Fast Talk Laboratories and the founder of Insight Nutrition and Physiology in Boulder, Colorado. Raised in the Midwest, Jared attained his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota before relocating to Boulder, Colorado, to pursue professional endurance training and racing.
He completed his Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at MSU Denver and his dietetic internship at Boulder Community Health. Jared previously held the position of Exercise Physiologist at the CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center in Boulder, Colorado, and at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine under Dr. Andy Pruitt. Jared works with many of the world’s foremost endurance athletes, including Olympians, Ironman Champions, elite cyclists, amateur endurance athletes, and health and wellness enthusiasts.
